So hard to find an Australian botrytis wine that gets the balance of sweet luscious fruit and acid right like the best Sauternes or Barsac. This wine nails that balance beautifully and I highly recommend it.

A luscious palate with apricots, marmalade and burnt toffee. The acidity balances perfectly with the sweetness while tropical flavours burst in your mouth. 100% would recommend.
