After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order
details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Goods are normally dispatched from Berton Vineyards to Australia Post for delivery within three days of receiving your order and you should then receive the goods within 7 working days. If goods are unavailable we will contact you. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at email@example.com.
Delivery charges in Australia:
NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT $15 (for orders up to $200, and then shipping is free)
Tasmania, WA and NT $30 (for orders up to $200, and then shipping is free)
For orders above 11 cases please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for discounted shipping rates.

From time to time we run Free Delivery Promotions. With these Promotions free delivery is only available for orders of 12 bottles or more, and for Australian delivery only.
Refund & Returns Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund.
You can return your purchase up to 1 month from the purchase date.
Products must be in the original box and/or packaging.
We'll refund or credit you in full (excluding freight costs) an amount equal to the value of your remaining unopened bottles plus one opened bottle only. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and pre pay postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, therefore we advise you insure the parcel with your postal carrier. Berton Vineyards will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit upon return.
Note : Our "Money Back" Guarantee is offered in good faith, and we ask that it only be used in cases where you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a request for a return/refund policy if we believe the policy is being abused.
