Fresh aromas of peach and citrus with notes of vanilla and nutmeg carry through to a crisp palate. Flavours of peach, mango and mandarin feature upfront with nuances of vanilla and cream and a zesty acid line.

Tasting Notes

A fruit driven wine, our Chardonnay is full of flavour. Upfront aromas of white rose, vanillin and toasted nutmeg carry to a soft and fruity palate. A fusion of peach, mango, mandarin and kiwi fruit engulf before transgressing to nuances of vanillin and cream. A lovely acid line throughout leads to a long and tasty finish.

Food Pairing Notes

This wine is best enjoyed with lightly fried fish, a new season vegetable stack or just as an aperitif.

Other Notes

A dry, light and refreshing wine, made to drink now but will cellar for 2 years.
