Initially our Fiano was used in blending and adding interest to some of our other varieties. One of the winemakers favourites, it has demanded year on year to be put in bottle for all to enjoy. Released under the Winemakers Reserve label, the Fiano's natural acidity and ability to retain freshness allows its varietal citrus and tropical fruit flavours to flourish.

"Floral white blossom and a veritable fruit salad of aromas with orange, lemon and lime citrus and slightly sweeter star fruit. Fiano's signature doughy scent (at least signature for me) not as potent as previous vintages (the alcohol % is also down slightly) and with a soft green, herbaceous line. Charming and pleasant, zippy light bodied lime sorbet and with a faint amount of zip to the dry finish. Best enjoyed with relaxing sunshine on your face." Vinonotebook, August 2020
