Coonawarra's cool climate produces flavourful and elegant Chardonnay. This spends six months in french oak puncheons with the remenants from ferment to produce a lush and creamy wine with toast and vanilla notes. Aromas of cashew and coconut combine with a lush palate of sweet grapefruit and pineapple. The wine is well bal;anced and lingers with lemon zest and vanilla on the finish.
