An easy drinking Brut Cuvee, the wine begins with hints of honey and raisin notes on a toasty bouquet however fresh flavours of orange rind, pink lady apple and grapefruit arise on a lifted palate. Mouth-filling and wonderfully creamy the wine is balanced by zesty acidity and fine bead bubbles.

Food Pairing Notes

Serve with canapés or just as an aperitif.

Oh so smooth and fresh. What a surprise. Bought it from a bottle shop in Childers Queensland on a road trip. Can't go back there. Where else can I buy it?

Tried for the first time this week, bought in Nambour Qld, very impressed! I really like this one, crisp and dry but with some lovely flavours, delivers what it promises! I liked reading the label as well, people who believe in their product. Will be looking for this one everywhere!

The aromatic fragrance has flowery fruit scents that are complemented by mild yeast tones in the background. The crisp and fresh palate is rich with citrous fruit aromas, which along with mild traces of wheat and yeast, lead to a smooth and lingering aftertaste.
