Set in High Eden, a region of rugged beauty between Eden Valley and the Barossa. Our Shiraz and Cabernet is grown on ancient podsolic soils that offer lots of quartz rock and little other sustenance. After five years of heroic effort the vines still looked like rootlings so we started calling it the Bonsai Vineyard.

This Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon impresses with impenetrable violet hues, it has intense aromas displaying blackcurrant, plum coupled with hints of nutmeg, caramel and a touch of vanillin oak. Subtle fine tannins marry perfectly with the intense concentrated palate of ripe blackberries, black cherry, spicy white pepper and well integrated oak.
