2005 Head Over Heels Pinot Noir
A lifetime of dedication to our passion for winemaking and viticulture and it finally dawned on us that we really love what we make.
We are Head over Heels over this cool climate Pinot Noir. Deep ruby in colour, this wine ha aromas of red cherries and wild raspberry mingled with a background of forest floor characters. Savoury flavours of cherry, strawberry and truffles on the palate. Complex and full with a fine tannin texture and a typically varietal fantail finish.

VINTAGE 2005 saw good growing conditions throughout the year. Vineyards enjoyed excellent fruit set, and there was adequate water on hand for measured irrigation purposes. Rainfall in early January did not disrupt the growing season and smaller yields led to flavoursome wines of high quality.

CELLARING This wine has been made to drink now but will cellar for 5 years.
